4.2 Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and local payment systems. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund: If you cancel within 7 days of enrollment and before the course starts
• 50% refund: If you cancel within the first week of course commencement
• No refund: After the first week of course commencement
• Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Course Delivery and Schedule

5.1 Class Schedule

We reserve the right to modify course schedules, locations, and instructors as necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify students of any significant changes in advance.

5.2 Online Courses

For online courses, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connection. Technical requirements will be provided upon enrollment.

5.3 Attendance

Regular attendance is required for successful course completion. Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to receive course certificates.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, handouts, videos, and online content, are the property of LangPerfectwa Academy or our licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

6.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without written permission
• Record or stream classes without authorization
• Use our materials for commercial purposes
• Remove copyright notices from any materials

7. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students
• Complete assignments and assessments honestly
• Refrain from disruptive behavior during classes
• Comply with all Academy policies and procedures

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for violations of conduct policies without refund.

8. Certificates and Credentials

8.1 Certificate Issuance

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of course requirements, including:

• Minimum 75% attendance
• Passing grades on assessments
• Completion of all required coursework
• Full payment of course fees

8.2 Certificate Validity

Our certificates are issued by LangPerfectwa Academy and recognized across CIS countries. However, acceptance by third-party institutions or employers is at their discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LangPerfectwa Academy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
• Actions or omissions of third-party service providers

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, pandemic, government actions, or technical failures.

12. Modifications to Terms
